UBANK, an Australian online bank, is made up of a group of thought leading, unconventional personalities. To attract and retain the right people, UBANK needed an employer brand that was a genuine reflection of its culture.
After 12 months of research and development the eclectic UBANK employer brand, with its ‘good different’ tagline, was launched.
The rollout of the brand was brought to life through an online meeting place, a comedy TV series, environmental graphics, printed materials and staff incentives.
The brand accurately reflected the business’ diverse culture, providing an identity that employees enthusiastically embraced.
